Forecast rigor for sales leaders
Your CRM records the forecast. Onden sits over the top and independently tests the evidence underneath your important deals — separating fact from assumption, exposing risk early, strengthening the value case and telling managers and reps where to intervene next. Designed to improve forecast accuracy and increase win rates.
More accurate forecasts. More deals won. More contracts signed.
Keep your CRM. Onden adds the rigor over the top. Run one deal free — no card required.
How Onden works
Onden starts from your live opportunity — the customer, what you sell and whatever you already know. It researches the customer’s strategy, pressures and market, then separates what is a fact from what is an assumption and what is still unknown.
From there its AI deal intelligence identifies the stakeholders and evidence you are missing, tests whether the customer actually has a reason to act now, and pressure-tests the value case against their own numbers rather than yours.
Every weakness it finds becomes a specific next move — with the question to ask, the person to ask it of and the evidence that would close the gap.
Grounded in your deal
Customer strategy, financial pressures, market movement and competitive context, assembled against the opportunity you are actually working.
Facts, assumptions, unknowns
Every finding carries its evidence status. Nothing inferred is presented to you as verified customer fact.
A prioritised next move
Each gap becomes a concrete action with the discovery question behind it, so you always know what to do next.
“Complex B2B deals get forecast on confidence, not evidence. The difference between the people who close and the people who don't is tacit knowledge. Twenty-plus years of pattern recognition that never makes it into a CRM. OnDen codifies that. It reads a deal the way a seasoned closer would, then tells you what is actually happening, where the risk sits, and what has to happen next. It puts two decades of deal judgement behind every insight. For anyone selling high-value, complex solutions, that is a serious advantage.”
“In complex B2B sales, it's easy for confidence and optimism to creep into the forecast. What I like about OnDen is that it forces you to look at the deal more objectively — where the risks are, what's missing, and what needs to happen next. That gives sales leaders a much clearer basis for coaching their team and making better calls on the pipeline.”
Protect your price
When the buyer cannot articulate what changes for them, the only number left to debate is yours. Discount requests arrive late, and they arrive from procurement.
Onden makes the customer’s value case explicit early: the problem, who owns it, what it costs them today, what doing nothing costs next year, and which parts are the customer’s own numbers rather than your assumptions.
A value case the buyer recognizes is the cheapest form of price protection you have.
Coaching inside the deal
Methodology fades between sessions. AI deal coaching sits in the live opportunity and coaches against it continuously — the discovery questions to ask this stakeholder, the evidence still missing, the objection this buyer is likely to raise, the next move that actually advances the deal.
It works alongside MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPICED or your own methodology rather than replacing it — applied to the opportunity in front of you rather than remembered from a classroom.
Senior-level deal thinking on every pursuit you carry, not just the ones that reach a review.
Why complex deals stall
Onden surfaces each one against the live opportunity, with the evidence behind it and the action that resolves it.
Missing stakeholders
The economic buyer, or a role you have not reached at all.
Weak urgency
No cost of inaction the customer has agreed to.
Unclear decision process
No evidenced path from evaluation to signature.
Evidence gaps
A case resting on your assumptions, not their numbers.
No next action
Findings that never became a move with an owner and a date.
How Onden helps
Start with what you know. Onden researches the rest, names the gaps and turns every finding into a move with an owner and a date.
Understand the customer
Strategy, financial pressures, market movement and competitive context.
Find the value
The problems worth solving, ranked by impact, fit and strength of evidence.
Test the case
Discovery questions, evidence labels and a value case built on the customer's numbers.
Act to win
Readiness gaps, stakeholder risks and a prioritised win plan with owners and dates.

Management Portal
You are accountable for a consolidated forecast built largely on account-manager judgement. Onden keeps your CRM as the system of record and adds an independent evidence layer over the top, so you no longer have to rely on how convincing the rep sounds. Both of you see the same evidence base — which deals deserve to be believed, which are exposed, why, and the one thing that would strengthen each pursuit. Less friction in the review, more of the conversation spent on actions that win the deal.

Illustrative example only. The sellers, customers, deals, scores and instructions above are fictional. Readiness is a 0–100 diagnostic of evidence and deal strength — it is not a win probability or a forecast. Real team data stays permission-controlled: managers only see the organisations they are authorised for.
What Onden is
Onden works inside your live enterprise opportunities. Your CRM records what happened. Onden helps you decide what should happen next, and why.
Tell Onden who you're selling to and what you sell. It researches the customer and their market, identifies the problems worth paying to solve, builds the value case and cost of inaction, uses stakeholder mapping to expose who is missing from the buying group, scores deal readiness, and turns all of it into a win plan you can run this week.
End to end, in one workspace: research the customer and market, find the value worth paying for, map the buying group, expose the risks and evidence gaps, create the win strategy and generate buyer-ready material.
It replaces neither your CRM nor your sales methodology. It applies them to the deal in front of you.

Value Discovery
Most deals are lost because the seller never found a problem worth paying to solve. Onden actively searches for where you could create value for this customer — from their strategy, their operating pressures, their market and what you actually sell — then helps you prove it with them.
A hypothesis is a place to look, not a finding. Nothing counts until the customer has confirmed the problem and its impact in their own words.
From idea to evidence
Find possible value
Research, your own knowledge and what the customer has said.
Test it with the customer
Discovery questions written for a real conversation.
Prove the impact
Their numbers, their measures, their owner.
Turn it into a value case
Current state, problem, impact, future state, value created.
Strengthen the deal
Only validated value moves deal readiness.
Every problem carries its status — hypothesis, seller evidenced, customer acknowledged, validated, quantified or confirmed priority — so you always know how much of your case is real.
What Onden discovers
Every finding is tagged as fact, assumption or unknown. Nothing is invented to fill a page.
Strategy, financial priorities, operating pressures, market movement and competitive context — assembled into a brief an executive would recognize as accurate.
Opportunities drawn from the customer's own strategy and pressures, matched to what you sell, ranked by impact, fit and strength of evidence.
Buying roles, influence, stance, likely criteria and objections — plus the single-thread risk and the roles you have not reached yet.
Contradictions, thin evidence, unvalidated assumptions and close-date claims that nothing supports. Named, not smoothed over.
Opportunity Finder
Built from the customer's strategy, financial and operating pressures, their market and what you actually sell. Each opportunity carries why it matters now, the evidence behind it, likely business impact, who owns it, how you help, the discovery questions to ask and an explicit confidence level.
Where evidence is thin, Onden says so and turns the gap into a discovery action.

The Onden philosophy
Most complex B2B deals weaken when the conversation starts with features and capabilities.
Onden helps you understand the customer’s current situation, identify the problem worth solving, establish the business impact and define the outcome the customer cares about.
What you sell is the enabler. The customer outcome is the value.

Deal readiness, not win probability
Six weighted dimensions, each backed by the evidence found and the evidence missing. The number is the headline; the value is knowing which gap is costing you the deal.

Win plan
Discovered opportunity becomes a value hypothesis. Evidence gap becomes a discovery action. Stakeholder weakness becomes an access plan. Competitor risk becomes a proof point. Actions without an owner, date, intended customer outcome and evidence of completion are flagged as incomplete.

Security and data trust
Onden runs on real authentication with server-side validation and per-user isolation enforced by row-level security, so one account cannot read another account's pursuit data. Integration keys stay on the server. Onden is still in active development — you can permanently delete your pursuit data or close your account from inside the app. File upload and data export are not available yet.
Tenant and user isolation
Every pursuit belongs to one workspace. Row-level access rules are designed in from the start, not added later.
Server-side validation
Authorization decided on the server. No client-side trust for access to customer, pricing or stakeholder data.
Secrets and key handling
Model and integration keys held server-side with least-privilege scopes and no exposure to the browser.
Deletion on request
Remove a single pursuit, or permanently delete all of your data and close your account, from inside the app. Data export is not available yet.
Evidence over invention. AI output is always labeled as verified evidence, seller-provided input or inference. Where something is unknown, Onden says unknown.
Current status. Your deals are stored in your own account and protected server-side. Onden does not claim any security certification or completed external audit today.
Why you can trust what it tells you
Onden is in active beta. We would rather show you exactly what stands behind an insight than dress it up.
Grounded in evidence, not invention
Every finding is labelled fact, seller-provided, inference or unknown. Where the evidence is thin, Onden says so and turns the gap into a discovery action.
Built on real pursuit experience
Designed around how large B2B contracts are actually won — value, buying group, competition and execution — and it works alongside MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPICED or your own methodology.
No claims we cannot stand behind
The readiness score is a diagnostic, not a win probability. We publish no customer logos, testimonials or performance statistics we have not earned.
What it is worth to you
The case for Onden does not rest on claiming incremental wins. It rests on things you can see for yourself on the deals you carry.
Fewer surprises
Missing stakeholders, weak urgency and an unclear decision process are named while there is still time to act on them.
Judge it: what Onden finds on a deal you already know well.
A stronger value case
The problem, the impact and the cost of inaction expressed in the customer's own numbers, with your assumptions labelled as assumptions.
Judge it: how much of your case rests on evidence the buyer has confirmed.
A clear next move
Each gap becomes a prioritised action with the discovery question behind it, so no finding stops at an observation.
Judge it: whether the next actions are ones you would defend in a deal review.
We publish no performance statistics, customer results or ROI percentages we have not earned. Judge Onden against your own deals.
